Specialised Units

The Division consists of three units as follows:

1. The Defense Unit; Defends all civil matter against the Government and involving Government public officials.
2. Claims Unit; Institutes legal proceedings against defaulters liable to the Government in damages either in contract or delict.
3. Taxation Unit. Recovers costs awarded to the Government in Court proceedings.
